Pavel Nagy, Plaintiff, Pro Se, hereby respecfully wants to show this Court the followings: He had, on 3/24/82, immigrated to the US from Romania, and his emigration from was a very tragic one in 1981 that he did not expect to survive then. And when he had finally arrived to East Chicago, Indiana, there he had two priests sponsors, a Romanian and a Hungarian, he being Hungarian Natinality. And when he had explained to both of them his tragic emigration, then the Hungarian had suspected him as a Communist Spy, though he was none of that, but despite of that then that label was stuck to him, and based on that he was being very severely abused and tortured in many forms for political reason, damaging his career and health too. Then initially he spoke no English at all so he did not even know where to turn for help. But later as he had started to speak and write the English, then he had been complained to all over: loco, state, and federal governments (including congress, presidents, including Obama, he being the 6^th president had complained to), attorneyes, courts (17), including this court, the supreme court, not to mention the media, etc., but his case has been even overwhelmingly massively covered up for years by. And his struggle had lead to an entrapment into a crime by the US Government on 9/7/95 for political reason, and then he was being deliberately deprived from his right to not only a speedy but to no trial at all under a false pretext that he is mentally ill and not competent to stand trial. And all that being deliberately covered up by all of his 11 court-appointed attorneys too, and because of his struggle for justice he was almost even murdered in the 5 prisons he had been at for more than 13 years. As a result he had been, among others, developed heart condition too. And when he was released on 9/15/08 from the Federal Medical Center, Rochester, Minnesota (the institution which had discarded most of his property, most which were legal materials, worthing many millions of dollars) to Romania, then he was given only $115, and his attorney, Craven, who had accompanied him to Bucarest, had added up to $150, whereas he had asked him to to give him at least $250000, because he had, among others, filed a civil rights action against him too for $75 million in 5/05, and for $90 million in 12/08, because he had received nothing of those either. As a result now with the multiple damages, being over 62, can't work, being homeless, and, of course, being entitled for money damages from the US, and because Pres. Obama has been deliberately ignored his e-mail and the White House webside messages too in regard with, so now he is compelled to file this claim against him too to send the message to, by asking the below compensatory and punitve damages also, which will be higher than the largest amount, among the many others, he had filed for in 11/06 in the US Fed.Ct. Of Claims, which was for $25 Billion against 19 entities, including, several courts, etc., defendent in it Pres. Bush too.

WHEREFORE, it is hereby repectfully requested that this Court to enter against the Defendant, Pres. B. Obama, $30 Billion in compensatory and punitive damages in behalf of the Plaintiff, Pavel Nagy.
